There is no doubt that this has been a year of great difficulty, change, and violence. Every time we turn on the television, it appears as though there is a new horrible mass shooting or act of terrorism for us to observe and weep over to behold. We must be the change that we wish to see in the world. As businesses, leaders, and influencers, we must recognize the seriousness of the situation and act accordingly.
